  First off I would like to say fantastic blog! I had a quick question in which I'd like to ask if you do not mind. I was interested to find out how you center yourself and clear your thoughts prior to writing. I've had a hard time clearing my thoughts in getting my thoughts out there.   When I initially commented I appear to have clicked on the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and now every time a comment is added I receive 4 emails with the exact same comment. Is there an easy method you are able to remove me from that service? Many thanks!
